How we Gather Information
Penn and Associates, Inc. is in the business of marketing research and web survey hosting. We maintain databases of survey panelists who have entered information on our site and then been sent a confirmation email and then have clicked a link in that confirmation email to double-confirm that they wish to be a panelist (double opt-in). Over time, panelists earn bonus points and receive gift cards.

As well as survey invitations, we wish to offer highly valuable promotions of our services. In addition, we also obtain information from our business partners and clients. We mandate that any company that provides us with data certify that the data represents permissible email data. If we become aware that the data is not in compliance we will terminate our relationship with that company immediately.
