Catherine Penn, MA, MBA
President
Catherine has 20 years experience as president of Penn and Associates, Inc.
Catherine began her career in marketing research as Data Analyst at
Cambridge Associates, a boutique consultancy. Next, she worked as a
Telephone Research Interviewer at Opinion Centers America, a data
collection company. Combining these experiences, she founded Penn and
Associates, Inc. to provide Data Collection and Data Analysis working
alongside in-house Marketing Research Departments. While completing her
first Master's Degree in English, Catherine added Writing and Designing
Questionnaires and Writing Reports to the services offered by Penn and
Associates, Inc. After completing her MBA, Catherine took the company to the
next level: Full-Service Marketing Research, which includes Study Design and
Methodology through to Recommendations and Implementation Steps.
Up until 2002, Penn and Associates, Inc. was primarily providing services for
industry publications, government agencies, and food and beverage
manufacturers using traditional data collection methods (mail, phone,
intercepts, and focus groups). Since that time, Penn and Associates, Inc. has
mostly conducted marketing research via the Internet. Penn and Associates,
Inc. has substantial Marketing Research Databases from which to draw
random samples. In addition, Penn and Associates, Inc. provides Opt-In
Panelists that we have recruited over the years via our Panel Management
portal.
